Where do I start. My husband and I took our caravan to this company to have a weight upgrade on our caravan. From the moment we arrived the ladies in the office was so polite and helpful. Caleb looked over our van to see if an upgrade was possible. He got under our van and notice the springs we’re not strong enough for our van and the u bolt had up a big dint in our chassis. He was so helpful and went into the office and found a place in Queensland that sold the springs we needed. They only had six left as they are not made anymore (we needed 4). So I was able to buy the 4 payed for them and had them sent to Felk Engineering. Felk Engineering let us leave our van there instead of towing it back to Camden in Sydney . This all happened on the Monday , Wednesday we got a call to say our spring had arrived and Caleb will fit them. Received a call Wednesday afternoon to say our van was ready to be picked up. So today Friday we went and pick our van up. To say we are ecstatic over the work was done is an under statement . Caleb done our up grade welded a second chain on our draw bar and replace our springs with the new ones. Thank you Caleb and all the workers at Felk for going out of your ways to help us and being so professional . Just goes to show that there still is a great company that takes pride in their workman ship and knows how to treat their customers. Oh and we were so happy with the price. So we would highly recommend Felk Engineering.

We purchased one of Ash's fire trailers for the Arnhem Space Centre in Nhulunbuy NT, primarily for putting out spot fires around the base during the dry season but we soon came to realise this little trailer was even more valuable in other ways, from watering down and compacting footings to using the pump for transferring water from water trucks to tanks, it became one of the most used items we have. Ash's work is impeccable and even though he is 4000kms away, he is always in touch checking on it's performance and looking for ways to improve an already well thought out trailer. Couldn’t recommend Pat and the team at PC Engineering enough, they have been absolutely amazing with our enclosed trailer that we bought on FB marketplace. We took it there initially to get some work done on it to get it through the licensing inspection. I had tried a few places prior but no one was interested or capable of doing the work but Pat and his team squeezed it in for us so that we could take it camping that weekend.Not only that but he gave us some great ideas that we could do it to make it even better without even asking, we were so happy with the service that we are now taking it back regularly so that he can do the improvements on it and also has fitted a side door for us in the pinch of time before we took it away for the weekend in the rain.It's not often you find a business that has great customer service, quick turnaround and great prices to match. Anyone looking for a new trailer or some work done on your trailer I would highly recommend heading in to PC Engineering as you won't be disappointed!

They quoted me one price & when I received the bill I was charged more than what I was quoted. When I asked for a refund multiple times nicely, I was ignored and they threatened to involve their lawyersThe original issue I wanted fixed, still is not fixed instead they did work on my vehicle without asking for my permission & added this to the bill, once again, without my consent.Their staff are non English speaking and the owners is extremely rude to them & gives customers a bad impression. Workers are there probably for cheap labour.The owner by the name of Vector would get angry when I tried to explain these things to him, I don’t know what type of customer service training they had.Stay away if you don’t want to be ripped off. Do not recommend.

Country buyer. Austrailers were very accomodating re a narrow window for manufacture and pick up. Communications prompt and respectful. Well built trailer at a very reasonable price. Will happily deal with Austrailers again in future. Thank you.
